Climate justice and the right to public water: Copenhagen and beyond

Raise your voices on November 28 for public water. As Canada's leaders prepare to travel to Copenhagen for the UN Climate Change Conference in December, the growing scarcity of water on this earth is a real and growing threat. Public control over water resources and services will ensure that water is protected for people and nature, not exploited for corporate profit.

Join leading Canadian water defenders and attendees at the Blue Summit to demand that addressing the global water crisis be part of the solution to climate change. Hear about the problems and the solutions, show your support for public water, and sign a banner that Maude Barlow and Claude Généreux will take to Copenhagen and present to Canadian leaders.

When: Saturday November 28, 12:30 pm

March: 12:30 pm, meet behind the Marriott at the corner of Sparks St. and Kent St.
