AUDIO: Barlow on public health care

Audience gathering for the town hall meeting.

On January 16, Council of Canadians chairperson Maude Barlow was in Victoria and spoke to a public forum on health care with more than 250 people in attendance. It was part of our intervention in Victoria at the time of the premiers’ conference there. We demanded a Canada Health Accord that defends and expands public health care.

Barlow, Diana Gibson of the Parkland Institute, and Mike Luff of NUPGE spoke at the forum held at the Da Vinci Centre.
