Harper will be in Brussels tomorrow to sign the controversial Canada-European Union ‘free trade’ agreement. Our opposition will only increase during the lengthy ratification period in Europe. While Harper has a false majority in the House, and the provinces appear to have mostly capitulated on this, we can win this in Europe. They will hear very clearly that Harper does not speak for us.
