This morning the Council of Canadians, the Polaris Institute, and Ecology Ottawa were outside the Museum of Civilization in Gatineau, Quebec to protest the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers sponsorship of the museum, notably the new ‘Snow’ exhibit.
Given the tar sands pollutes snow, we had an unhappy snowperson deliver the message that ‘CAPP pollutes snow’.
Great to see CBC/ Radio Canada, Le Devoir and Sun TV there to cover this.
