We have heard from its organizers that, “International Stop the Tar Sands Day will hit Canada, USA, Europe and we are aiming for Latin America and Australia as well!”
They note, “We do need your help though, to make this action the beginning of meaningful change. The easiest way to begin is to first and foremost spread the word! …Secondly, we could use a few extra hands. There is a ton of different things you can do to help International Stop the Tar Sands Day to be as big as possible this year and we would be grateful for the help.”
