Hamilton: The Emergency Climate Musical

The Hamilton Chapter of The Council of Canadians invites you to join them on Saturday, April 10, for a virtual performance of The Emergency Climate Musical — a theatrical investigation of this important issue with folksinger James Gordon, via Zoom.

When: Saturday, April 10 at 7:30 p.m.
How: Online via Zoom video
This event is a fundraising partnership between James Gordon and our Hamilton chapter.
Tickets are $20, with a pay-what-you-can option available for the underemployed.

Register for the event here: James Gordon’s Emergency Climate Musical.

The show is filled with original songs, compelling videos, images, stories, rants, laughter, tears, audience participation, and some concrete ways to move forward.

James is a long-time social and environmental activist. He advocates for climate action both as a career folksinger and in his “side gig” as a City Councilor in Guelph (he’s fond of the term Poetician). James is also a member of the National Climate Leadership Caucus.

Follow along as he outlines his premise that we need a total political, societal, and economic make-over to face the incredible challenge ahead.
