Join Emma Lui, National Water Campaigner, Council of Canadians, Andrew Slade, Northeast Minnesota Program Coordinator, Minnesota Environmental Partnership, Jerome A. Popiel, Incident Management and Preparedness Advisor, Ninth U.S. Coast Guard District, and Lyman Welch, Water Quality Program Director, Alliance of the Great Lakes on Thursday, March 27, to learn more about the questions raised by plans to ship tar sands crude on the lakes.
