WHAT: Next week, the Council of Canadians will be joining allies of public health care from across the country to tell the premiers to stand up to Harper and demand a 2014 Health Accord. The gathering in Niagara-on-the-Lake will take place during the upcoming Council of the Federation meeting, and will include a shadow summit, a film screening, and a rally. There are already over 1000 participants confirmed for the rally.
Council of Canadians national chairperson Maude Barlow will be at the events and available for interviews July 24, 25, and 26.

Rally for National Public Medicare and a Renewed Health Accord
