Aquablue International’s website states that, “Aquablue Spring Water International Inc. today announced that Aquablue and Hershey Canada Inc. have agreed to terms on the acquisition of the facility and equipment located in Smiths Falls, Ontario. Aquablue will officially occupy the facility on June 1, 2009 and intends to immediately prepare for operations of its business from the Smiths Falls facility. Terms of the agreement were not announced. Aquablue Spring Water International Inc. is a Canadian-based subsidiary of Aquablue International, Inc. They are the high-quality manufacturers of bottled water and beverages, for domestic and export clients.”
