This morning, several of the speakers for this evening’s ‘Shout Out for Global Justice’ event at Massey Hall spoke at a media conference at a hotel in downtown Toronto.
The speakers were Pablo Solon, the Bolivian ambassador to the United Nations; John Hillary, the executive director of War on Want; Vandana Shiva, a founding member of the International Forum on Globalization; Maude Barlow, chairperson of the Council of Canadians; and Clayton Thomas-Muller of the Indigenous Envrionmental Network.
