VIDEO: Paul Manly’s ‘Voices of the River’

The Daily News reports, “Council of Canadians Mid-Island chapter activist Paul Manly’s latest film Voices of the River, which premieres in Nanaimo on Friday, is sponsored by Vancouver Island Water Watch Coalition and is also an educational journey that explores the myriad ways in which the Nanaimo River watershed is deeply entwined in the lives of the people in the community.”
