Annual Chapters Activities Report

Each chapter is asked to submit an Annual Chapter Activities Report by the end of January each year.

Your report should include:

  • A brief written report of your chapter’s activities over the previous year.
  • A financial report including how much money you started the year with, how much you raised,
    what you spent money on during the year, and how much you have at the time of your AGM.

We ask that you submit the report using the form below. You may also email your documents to chapters@canadians.org. A fillable PDF form is available here. We ask that you share your annual report to your chapter members as well.

Each chapter must have two chapter contacts who are in charge of liaising between the chapter and the national office. Please provide their contact information below.

Members in good standing:

Each chapter must have five members in good standing* of the Council of Canadians. Please provide their contact information below.

Please include any relevant documents, such as your annual report to members (typically shared at your Annual General Meeting), AGM minutes, and financial information.

Send any additional documents to chapters@canadians.org, along with any photos you would like to share. We’d love to see them! Include them in your email with a short description of where they were taken (the event) and when.
