Each chapter is asked to submit an Annual Chapter Activities Report by the end of January each year.
Your report should include:
- A brief written report of your chapter’s activities over the previous year.
- A financial report including how much money you started the year with, how much you raised,
what you spent money on during the year, and how much you have at the time of your AGM.
We ask that you submit the report using the form below. You may also email your documents to chapters@canadians.org. A fillable PDF form is available here. We ask that you share your annual report to your chapter members as well.
