(Vancouver, Coast Salish Territory) – On Monday, April 9th, supporters and allies will rally in front of the court steps to demonstrate support for the public health care system. The rally is scheduled ahead of the first day of the restart of Brian Day’s lawsuit challenging the foundations of Canada’s public health care system. This lawsuit is the latest neoliberal assault by corporate forces on public services in an effort to privatize and extract profit off of our health care.

Where: Steps of the Law Courts, 852 Nelson St, Vancouver, BC (corner of Nelson and Hornby)
When: Monday, April 9th at 8:30 am. Trial starts at 10 am.
