Vancouver-based Council of Canadians organizer Harjap Grewal spoke against the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) on the Redeye radio program this past weekend.
Redeye is a 2-hour radio show broadcast live Saturday at 10am on Vancouver Coop Radio, CFRO 100.5FM and produced by an independent media collective.
As noted in the preamble to the rabble.ca podcast of this interview, “Canada is already the most sued developed country in the world. The Trans Pacific Partnership will open Canada up to yet more lawsuits over its environmental and resource management policies. The Trudeau government is proceeding towards ratification of the agreement. Harjap Grewal of the Council of Canadians says it’s urgent to fight the deal while we still can. Harjap Grewal speaks with Redeye host Sean Mullen.”
