Take Back The Power

Nova Scotia

Nova Scotia Power Incorporated, a corporate monopoly delivering an essential service, has been allowed to raise rates, mismanage critical systems, and fail ratepayers without meaningful accountability.

This doesn’t have to be this way.

Join the growing movement for affordable, reliable power by attending a community meeting taking place across the province.

Additional dates and locations to come. Check back soon for updates, or sign up to get involved here:

We can choose an energy system that puts people first; one that keeps electricity affordable, improves reliability during storms, supports climate action, and is accountable to the public, not shareholders.

Take a moment to add a personal message! Individualized letters are more likely to be read and taken seriously by elected officials.

We’re working to collect real experiences of how Nova Scotia Power’s corporate monopoly is affecting households across the province. These responses will show the real consequences of rising bills, data breaches, and power outages, and strengthen the push for reform.
